| C Listed - Local Significance The house at 7 Morris Street is aesthetically significant at a LOCAL level. It demonstrates original design qualities of the postwar Old English style. These qualities include the steeply pitched gable that traverses the site, together with a minor gable and a flat roofed dormer that project towards the street frontage. Other intact qualities include the face brickwork, tiled roofing, unpainted brick chimney, and the timber framed double hung windows arranged in horizontal banks of threes and fours. The house at 7 Morris Street is historically significant at a LOCAL level. It is associated with the Jacobs Estate subdivision of c.1925.
