| A Listed - State Significancance STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE Number 10 NcNicol Street is one of very few buildings dating from the 1850's still remaining in the Little Scotland area. It derives considerable significance from its degree of intactness, and by being one of a pair of similar detached cottages. It is representative of the better quality of housing being built I Geelong West by the late 1850's. They are now of State significance.
