The apartment is comfortable, furnished, ten minutes’ walk to shops and transport, non-smoking, tidy and set back from the road.
Washing machine inside apartment and shared coin-operated dryer out the back should you care for fluffy towels.
Prefer down-to-earth, non-smoking person, student or working is cool, ages 18 to 35.
