We are looking for 1 person to move into our large shared house.
It is a lovely large house with a backyard (bbq and outside table) and garage. The house is in Elwood and is located just off Tennyson Street. Some shops are about 100 metres away, with the beach, tram and train station within a 15 minute walk. Plenty of parking as well. Street is also quiet.
Your room is large and bright, and has the following features:
- 4m by 5.5m

- large windows with timber venetians
- 1x free-standing cupboard, 1 x hanging unit (cloth covered)
- air-conditioner unit
- ducted heating
Currently in the house are:
- 1 professional couple who share the upstairs bedroom and upstairs bathroom
- 1 professional female who has one of the downstairs bedrooms and has a small black poodle
The housemate will be required to share the downstairs bathroom with the other downstairs person(bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit)
The house is fully equipped (kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry) however if you have your own white-goods/furniture, there is storage room in the garage.
