I am looking for a housemate to share a cute little Terrace in Abbotsford. Great location, just off Victoria Road’s Vietnamese strip and close to Richmond, Hawthorn, Fitzroy and City.
The house itself is not huge, but nicely renovated. There is a combined living room and kitchen with a sunny little courtyard. I don’t have much furniture at the moment, so there is a bit of extra space for your own belongings. I currently rent a fridge and washing machine.
The room is medium sized, with overhead fan, remote control lights and built in wardrobes. Newly decorated with fresh paint and new carpet. House has a lot of charm and appeal, with wooden floorboards, great light and reverse air conditioning!
