Unsere charmante 72m2 Altbau-Wohnung mit 3,40m hohen Decken und Stuck im Wohnzimmer liegt im vierten Stock des Vorderhauses und wurde gerade neu renoviert und mit einer neuen Einbauküche ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert inkluisve Waschmaschine, wifi, TV-Kabelanschluss, Kühlschrank und Ofen. Alles ist da und im Preis inbegriffen.

VERMIETUNG AUF ZEIT wegen Auslandsaufenthalt: Minimum 2 Monate, Maximum 2,5 Jahre.

We're going abroad for work for a while and are subletting our sunny and bright, fully furnished apartment during this time.

The flat is 72m2 and really charming, very sunny as most rooms are facing south. Very high ceilings (3,40m) and parquet flooring in all rooms.
The flat is on the 4th floor of this beautiful old building from 1910 and has just been renovated and been equipped with a completely new kitchen.

Our flat is fully furnished including wifi, cable TV connection, washing machine, fridge, oven.

The rental period is a maximum of 2,5 years when we will come back to Berlin, minimum rental period 2 months.
