This Maisonette is located in the quiet courtyard with southwest-facing terrace and balcony. The spacious living room is on the ground floor with a ceiling height of 3.4 meters. Next to the living room is an equipped kitchen with enough space to fit in a dinning table for 2 persons. There is also a guest WC near the entrance on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find the bedroom with a huge balcony. The bathroom next to the bedroom is equipped with bathtub and has plenty of space for fitting a washing machine and other furnitures.
No pet is allowed and smoking is only allowed outside.
The "Kaltmiete" is the rent (980€). The "Nebenkosten" includes all extra costs and heating (259,5 €). The only cost which is not included is electricity. You can compair and choose your own provider and I'm happy to give you recommendations (my current provider charges less than 20€/month for 1 person).
