The apartment is extremely quite and I'm the first tenant after the construction ( Feb 2016), so everything is brand new. It comes with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and 24h security. Also in the building you have tenants club with fireplace and bikes room. Public transport connections include M10, M2 and S-Bahn. The rent is 1154€/month incl heating. My contract ends on May 2017, so you need either signup new one or agree to use it until that period. The reason for leaving is new job opportunity, which requires my relocation in November.
