Gemütlich und ruhig, mitten in Prenzlauer Berg!

Da ich demnächst ins Ausland ziehe, möchte ich ab dem 1. Oktober meine schöne Wohnung vermieten.

Diese zwei Zimmer Wohnung (64 m2) befindet sich auf einer lebhaften Straße (Stargarder Str.), wo du jeder Art Restaurants, Bars, und Cafes findest! Supermärkte und mehrere coole Shops, sowie Parks (Mauerpark) und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (4minuten zu Fuß: U2, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn) sind auch gleich um die Ecke.

Davon abgesehen, liegt die Wohnung im 3. Stock im Hinterhof, und ist daher sehr ruhig. Das Haus wurde auch vor ein paar Jahren renoviert, und ist in einem tollen Zustand.

Die monatlichen Kosten umfassen alles von Möbel bis zu Strom, Internet, Wasser usw.


Cozy and quiet, right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg!

As I will be moving to another country, I’m renting out my apartment starting October 1st.

This two room apartment (64 m2) is located on a lively street (Stargarder Str.), where you’ll find many great restaurants, bars, cafes and the recreation you need. As well, the apartment is close to supermarkets and local shops, several parks (Mauerpark) and within 4 minutes walking distance to public transit (U2, S-Bahn, Tram).

That being said, the apartment itself is on the 3rd floor in the ‘Hinterhof’ (courtyard), and is therefore very quiet. The house was renovated a few years ago and is in great condition.

The monthly cost includes the furniture and all other costs such as electricity, internet, water, gas etc.
