Our apartment has 85 qm and offers a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub a, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a cosy living-room, a smaller room with a children`s bed and lots of toys and a sunny balcony. It is a typical Berlin apartment in an old building with high ceilings and wooden floor. It is located on a small street, pleasantly quiet at night and very sunny all day.

We are a family of three. Franz has 5 years, André (40) works as a director for documentary films and Katrin (40) is a screenwriter. We are moving to the US for one year and are looking for a sublet for at least 4 month.
