Hello to all interested people looking for a nice flat

I rent my small but nice 1-bedroom-apartment in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg for the period from 01.06. to 31.08.2016 under. It is four minutes walk from Greifswalder Strasse S-Bahn stop, located on the 4th floor in a wing of a typical old building of Berlin.

It is equipped with a loft bed for two persons ( 1.50 x 2.00 meters ), desk, stereos, printer if needed, TV, a sofa and two “antique” chairs, a small table and a wardrobe.

The separated kitchen has a small high table, which can be used by two persons. Washing + drying rack, fridge with freezer and a gas stove are also available. Everything you need for cooking remains in the flat, which includes conventional ones like glasses, cutlery and cups, but also a cool blender, kettle and various other things, which can be a good help in the kitchen.

The only small feature: The shower is located in a separate corner in the kitchen and not directly in the bathroom. You get used to it very quickly, but you should know it before. (See photos)

With the “Ringbahn” (S-Bahn stop Greifswalder Straße) you get quickly in almost all parts of the city (for example Ostkreuz with its bars and restaurants), Gesundbrunnen and Wedding in 9 minutes), the Tram M4 is right outside doorstep (tram stop Thomas-Mann-Straße) to Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt (Sightseeing, shopping, food, culture and museums) and it takes only about 10 minutes. In summer you can use the same Tram to get at a Lake in 5 minutes and enjoy the water and borrow small boats.

In the immediate vicinity there are all kind of shops, like “Kaisers” (5 minutes), a Alnatura organic market and a big DM shop (2 minutes), a bakery, REWE (4 minutes) and ALDI to do the shopping (6 minutes). A “Späti” (drinks and important things to survive all night long) is located right next to the house.
