It is in an old very well kept building. Huge living room and the kitchen is facing the garden.
It has 3 bedrooms and a big living room combined with the kitchen.

It located 5 min walk to Schönhauser Allee U2 and S41-42
and M1 and M10
and 20 min walk to Alex.
It is a very lively area; you will find some cafes, restaurants, bars and unique shops.
This is my place, and I keep all my books and art work there, so I would prefer to rent it to a nice couple.
I will be able to sublet it from 1-3 months up to a 2 years.
